Women’s Self Defense

2nd Saturday of every month:  July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12

Our monthly women’s self-defense seminar focuses on practical skill development and real-time application of simple, effective maneuvers in stressful or panicked situations against larger and stronger attackers. Taught by instructors with decades of professional fighting and teaching experience from a variety of style-backgrounds, the material is easy to learn, fast to apply, and effective without a substantial martial arts background.  A women’s only course with female co-instructors, come learn basic defense and fighting techniques in a safe and fun environment. $15 for non-members, free for members.
